276 Philadelphia Police Officers have lost their lives in the line of duty

The Michael G. Lutz Lodge #5 - Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Ways and Means Committee is asking for your help in remembering these fallen officers.

The Survivor’s Fund was established not only to remember the sacrifice of each officer, but to acknowledge the sacrifice made by each of our surviving families.

Monies raised for the Survivor’s Fund enable the Michael G. Lutz Lodge #5 Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police to provide a luncheon for our surviving families during police week. There they are presented with a token of appreciation and given the opportunity to visit with and receive moral support from each other. The families are also given the opportunity to attend the Police Week Memorials in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, PA and Washington, DC. It is in this way that our surviving families are reassured that their loved one is still remembered by the citizens of Philadelphia.
